StemClear is a density gradient system for the enrichment of hematopoietic stem cells out of bone marrow
or cord blood, for clinical use such as stem cell transplantation purposes.
The StemClear gradient consist of silane-coated colloidal silica particles suspended in PBS buffer.
The unopened bottle of StemClear has a shelflife of 18 months from date of produce.

StemClear was developed to be utilised in a unique way using 600mL (bone marrow) and 150mL (cord blood) media bags.
This method of working was validated by an accredited laboratory and renders very high yields of 65 - 100%.
