Glycostem Basal Growth Medium
Glycostem Basal Growth Medium (GBGM) is an animal-derived component free
medium which contains only human-derived or human recombinant proteins.
GBGM is based on Iscove's Modified Dulbecco's Medium (IMDM).
GBGM is a new and innovative basal growth medium for hematopoietic cells,
including human hematopoietic stem cells and progenitor cells. Through the
addition of specific components, such as cytokines, growth factors or human serum,
unprecedented culture conditions for human hematopoietic stem and progenitor
cells, as well as other hematopoietic cells can be achieved.
