Who we are

CCT

Clear Cell Technologies or CCT, was set up in 2006. The main purpose of the company is to provide a wide range of products for the selection and treatment of stem cells from human cord blood, bone marrow and periferal blood.

Not only does CCT develop new products, it also provides the specialised laboratories with top quality media that are now otherwise produced in-house.

Our media and density gradients are produced in an ISO9001, ISO13485 certified production facility using state-of-art manufacturing and quality control techniques.

We are proud to announce that CCT is teaming up with Termed Kft. in Budapest, Hungary as our exclusive distributor for Hungary.

Products

At this time CCT provides 2 products:

  • StemClear: Density gradient with a density of 1.080g/mL (1.077g/mL also availbale on request). The gradient is based on silane-coated silica (no PVP) with very low endoxtoxin levels. StemClear is CE marked as a Class 2a medical device.
  • PBS: Phosphate buffer used for washing and diluting samples before or after density gradient selection.
  • Glycostem Basal Growth Media (GBGM): Animal-derived component free medium, basal growth medium for hematopoietic cells, including human hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells.

    The validated technique shown in the video allows for centrifugation of up to 600mL of bone marrow at the same time for optimum efficiency in separating the white from the red blood cells.
